There is a challenge going on in the High Court claiming that legally we have already left the EU, With a no deal. Maybe that is why BoJo is not having to much to say about leaving with ano deal, because he knows or hi backers know, we have already left. Lets hope our learnedfriends get their judgement right.

The person bringing the challenge and has the backing of several High Court judges, is quietly confident that he will win.

Why nothing mentioned on the media, because it is now before the High Court so nothing can be said about it ---yet!

So Boris made it, but that is not the end of it untill the high court makes it's decision.

What a shambles it will be if the court agrees with the person who is taking this to court.

They never thought the vote would be in favour of leaving, the 'deal' may was handed by the eu was not negotiated it was handed to may to push through the plebs at westminster.

More than 17 million voted to get out of the eu crapper. It will be interesting to see how these votes are played at the next ge. If Farage's party results at the eu are anything to go by and boris does not leave in october, deal or not it will certanly be interesting.

As far as i am concerned the brexit issue is secondary to the way the mp's have acted out over this fiasco. in my opinion democracy in this country has only ever been available as long as those on high are getting their own way and i am not just talking about the puppet's in westminster.

We all know how MP's talk. They are not calling for another referendum, they are calling for a peoples vote. The last referendum we voted to get out of the EU. What would happen if the Peoples vote voted the same way? Would they then call for something else?

Classic tactics from "elite" Westminster and EU bubble on EU Referendum, who promised to deliver on the democratic and binding result. They mean that if you don't vote our way (probably because you plebs are too stupid to know the details and therefore don't  agree with us) then we will have another (Peoples) vote, (wasn't the vote on 23/6/16 a Peoples' vote?!). If another vote went the same way, they still would not accept it. The decision to leave the EU has been made, any further vote should not have 'remain' on the ballot paper. The EU's future is not good at all, the money is running out bailing out countries who are not performing well economically. The Euro is set to fail. The newly unelected leaders have a proven record of gross incompetence and negligence, in one case a legal finding (Christine Lagarde). We should not attach ourselves to this sinking ship. I hate to compare our country to rats, but we need to get out NOW!!!

Just one day into the job, and new Lib Dem leader, Jo Swinson, has said that if there is another EU referendum and Leave win yet again then she will not honour the result.  No surprise there then, the Remainiacs want us to keep on voting until they get the required result. The Lib Dems are truly a waste of space, both nationally and locally.

Speaking to BBC News this afternoon, newly elected Liberal Democrat leader Jo Swinson (or should that be Joanna Swanson?) revealed she would only accept the result of a second referendum if Remain won. If Leave won she would continue to work to block the result in Parliament.

“Would you vote for [the result if Leave won] in Parliament?”

“No.”

Totally takes apart the People’s Vote campaign’s pledge that a hypothetical Second Referendum would be the ‘final say’…

The Lib Dems believe that they are on a roll because of their success in council elections, so much so locally that they witheld money for the Teignmouth Air Show because of misguided high faluting principles (on a local level). I believe their success was down to disaffected voters for the two main parties due to flaffing about on Brexit. If/when it comes to a General Election, I would not be surprised if their smug little noses find themselves diving into the mud again. When it comes to the next council elections, let's not forget how they witheld 10K for a local event that brought a lot of money in for local traders on the back of a spurious claim to stop global warming (on a local levelll!.....my a*se).
