In the Herald Express yesterday, a little puff for the Cavanna development called 'Barley Meadow'.

Quoting from memory now so not word-perfect ...

"Facilities in the area include two primary schools, a college, shops, a supermarket, banks and a leisure centre."

BANKS ???

Did Lloyds not close on on October 9th 2018 and i think Barley Meadow was started on December 10th 2018. I presume the plans and advertising would have been agreed prior to the last Bank closing but what it shows is the developer knows little or nothing about Dawlish.

They forgot to mention the Overstretched Doctors Surgery.
