It follows a series of raids by the Serious and Organised Crime Team and neighbourhood police at properties in Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot and Chudleigh in March.
One of the men, James Brooks of Park Road, Dawlish, also faces a number of serious sexual allegations against a woman.

How the hell was Ross Morton, who was already supposed to be doing a 3-year stretch for his part in the Dawlish ammonia attack, able to commit these offences and be sent down for them?!
@TalkingShed, Simple, Ross Morton is still doing time, he was on the crime agencies radar, linking him with what is happening now. To round up all those that are charged with these crimes has taken the best part of three years, it was a massive operation as are all operations with crimes of this nature.
