A woman was declared dead at an underground car park in Dawlish this morning. No news posted as yet on this site, I wonder why?

Talking to three ladies today who knew the deceased very well. It appears she was a lovely lady and cannot understand why she did what she did. Her name ( if I have got it right) was Kerowyn. They asked if it would be alright to leave some flowers, I don't see why not.
