Two cheers for Democracy: one because it admits variety and two because it permits criticism, and she can be crtisised on many fronts.

In last week's Gazette, Mel Stride, the MP for the adjoining constituency gave information to businesses concerning precautionary measures to take in the event of a hard Brexit.

So, what I would like to know is this:, why hasn't AMM done the same thing for her constituents ,on, say, the impact of a No Deal hard Brexit on the nation's food supply given how much she advocates such a No Deal.

Why do you not ask AMM to publish her views, maybe as both publish in the Mid Devon Advertiser they decided only one needed to make a statement, who knows?  Maybe you could write to her and publish on here her response once you get one for all to see, or she will publish it on her webside in 'her views'.  Either way it would be interesting to get her take on this since her background is medium and small business.

Mel stride in the MDA paper glad that the government is paying extra for policing and with some amount or irony saying they had given council permission to exceed the cap to allow more police to be added via the rates....this is the government that chopped funding for the police. Another excuse for Teignbridge council to get more money while delivering less services,....
