Very rarely do I recommend anything or anybody. But this time I feel the need to say what a wonderful service I received recently from Steve and his team. I had the most comprehensive eye test I have ever had, nothing was too much trouble and the result was a pair of glasses that I can actually use, unlike the last two pairs, shouldn't have gone to Spec Savers.

The Barton Eyecare Ltd, has three Directors Dr Clemens, Dr Whitehead and Stephen Mccluskey, So when you go and see a GP in the Surgery and need an eye test where do you get sent to.

We still have a  very good Optician in the Strand .

They would be giving good advice in that case.

Great optician in the Strand, very supportive.  My son has been using contact lenses since he was 13 that have improved his eye sight.

The optician by the surgery is amazing he goes above and beyond I would highly recommend him.

Great, so the next shop to close on the Strand will be the opticians, who, in my experience, are very, very good. Shame our beautiful little town seems to have the self destruct button permanently activiated!
