I was just looking through the minutes of the last town council meeting held earlier this month and came across this from County Cllr Clatworthy

Link Road – meeting taken place £4.2 to £4.9M likely to be awarded which needs to be taken up by 2022. The design is Feb 2019, construction in the summer with completion in the spring of 2020;
