I didn't know that Exeter had a House of Fraser store.

Isn't it Dingles?

That’s right Flo. Was originally Dingles, before HoF took them over. 

The Exeter store is not in the list of those for closure, but the Plymouth one is.

The High Street is losing a lot of large and medium sized companys a few are listed some have gone broke some in the process of going bust and some closing stores and downsizing

Maplins,Toys R us,House of Frazer,Debenhams, Poundworld,BHS,CA,Bags,Gameseek,Jacques,Vert,Dash,Bench,Grainger,Betterware,Kleeneeze,Bargain Booze,Clogs,East,Barkers, and there are loads more.
