Dawlish Discussion

A bloke from this scum company - www.moneyexpert.com called at my mum's door this evening at approximately 20:30. 

He said households in the area had been over changed and had been sent to fix the billing problems.

He sounded very official, but I realised he was just trying to get us to switch to get a fee.

My mum has a Devon & Cornwall Police no cold calling sticker on the door which he completely ignored and I had to tell him twice that we are not interested before he got he message and left.

Hopefully posting this will forewarn others.

There was two of them canvassing in my road yeaterday.

One knocked on my door at approx 1130am and told him I wasn't interested.

Then about 4 hours later, the other chap decided to give me a try and when I answered the door, I told him where to go.

What make me laugh is that when you answer the door, the first thing they say is "I'm not selling anything".

Yep, exactly what he was wearing.

Damn cheek really, knocking on people's doors, attempting to work, instead of sitting on the lawn, drinking Special Brew and waiting for methadone o'clock.

@elvis presley, what revelence does special brew and methadone have to pushing salesmen call colding on the elderly?

Quite a lot, if the elderly have run short of Special Brew and methadone.
