It would make you a bit wary about taking on the lease wouldn't it.

The arsonist is sadly still at large. However I’m pretty sure we’ll see the team from Censi’s providing the same fantastic service as they did last year. 

I do hope Censi’s come back, they were brilliant and really did increase footfall to the beach. The Tuesday Pizza evenings were also very popular.
