The new Great Western Railway IEP class 802 has been seen in Dawlish

Seem to be a lot of devices (air con maybe) on the roof.  Will they test it in high sea conditions?

@ShyTalk 47 - air cons on the roofs and diesel engine generators under the carriages, i believe.
