Back in 2008 a report was published concerning how Dawlish might be regenerated.

Chapter 10 is of particular interest as it is concerned with transforming the heart of the town.

Well that report was a waste of time and money.  Chapter 8 is a hoot; the vision of Dawlish in 2018.  Whoever wrote that was off their head.

It was certainly imaginative.
