@leatash - yes, it was immaculate. as a camper van it is more true and versatile than some of the later more compact vw camper designs. i bet this doesn't have any electronics hidden away to fool the emissions tests.

I wonder if the natural gas carrier was on it's way to Millford Haven to unload or on its way to the Middle East to fill up.  It looks fairly high in the water so it could be empty.
