TDC want your views on proposed changes to dog control in Teignbridge. The new plans will help make their enforcement process simpler and give council staff the power to issue on-the-spot fines to irresponsible dog owners. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete the survey.
The survey runs until 29 September.
What has your gender, age or postcode have to do with your views on dogs?

They'll do what they want anyhow.
It doesn't need a survey, it needs the council to have boots on the ground and witness the event. As elvis says they'll do what they want, anyhow.
Most probably going to be as effective as the prohibition notices on The Lawn!
If it gets farmed out to a private company with little hitler's dressed all in black stalking dog owner's just watch the fire works start to fly.
