Everybody moans about the price of rail travel these days, but this train might just be the most expensive ever seen on the railway lines of Devon. Early on Tuesday morning the rarely-seen Belmond Royal Scotsman Railtour passed along the spectacular seawall section between Dawlish Warren and Newton Abbot.
