The warning covers the South Devon Coast from Start Point to Dawlish Warren and south coast of Cornwall from Lizard Point to Gibbin Head near Par.
In Devon flooding is possible for exposed east facing coastal locations including Hallsands, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton, Blackpool Sands, Brixham, Broadsands, Goodrington, Paignton, Hollicombe, Torquay, Oddicombe, Teignmouth Promenade and Dawlish over the high tide on Friday morning.
