Whatever happened to the idea of giving the boxes hairnets too, did that ever get the go ahead?
The health service is in meltdown, no care for the elderly and TDC come up with this!! And...........Ms Bullneck is paid a ridiculous salary, presumably for coming up with ridiculous ideas like this!! Heaven help us all!!

Just put all your rubbish in the black bin, fortnightly, problem solved..simple.
we get fly tippers up our street every friday they come in a recycling truck then leave a trail of litter at each stop of the truck
Same on my street every Thursday!! Perhaps we could have them prosecuted!
Apparently there is a new collection point just outside the front doors of Forde House. Comments noted from members of TDC staff include the bin men do a really good job considering its such a thankless task. Maybe they dont get paid as much as Ms Bullneck hence their lack of job satisfaction.
