A JUDGE has adjourned sentencing South West Water for discharging polluted matter into Dawlish Brook.
The court heard that South West Water had admitted failing to comply with conditions of their consent to discharge issued by the Environment Agency in respect of Dawlish Brook, Brook Street, Dawlish, by discharging polluting matter into an inland fresh water on August 28, 2015.
