Transport Secretary Chris Grayling has discovered first hand just how bad the traffic can be in Devon, when he got stuck in traffic yesterday afternoon as he visited the region to announce multi-million pound motorway and rail improvements.
But he got stuck on his way to Dawlish to see how Network Rail has spent £35 million repairing the line following the storm damage in 2014.
