I thought this was going to be a cycle hire place?

I also noticed it was along way from being finished, whilst walking past it during the week. I'm sure if Breaking Wind had got it, it would have been hiring out bikes by now.

I presume another feather in the cap for T.C.C's ability to make a mess of things, again and again and again!

Well said BEE9, the whole episode has been a sorry and disgraceful mess. I notice they have actually had to create two toilets but that is wholly inadequate for the numbers using he car park. 

Braking wind in the toilets, how fitting.

I wonder if it will be ready before the end of the holiday season? Anyone know who is going to run it?

Is that the toilets at Dawlish Warren?

Yes it's (what was) the toilets in the outer car park.

We had a long long long thread about it all some 12 months or so ago.
