A man has been charged with attempted murder after an incident in Dawlish on Saturday 16th July.
One man, aged 24 and from Dawlish was treated at the scene for a serious arm injury. He was initially taken to Torbay District Hospital but later transferred to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. His injuries, which are consistent with being shot with a crossbow, are described as potentially life changing.
