Just shows how much the EU has been holding us back.

This is just introducing a bill, a long way to go. I suspect any trade deal would be similar to TTIP.

This is when the UK finds out that the 'special relationship' with the US that it thinks it enjoys is in reality the love that dare not speak its name.

Paul, I hope you did your homework on TTIP before you optimistically volunteer your services. 

It says that the Bill has no power of enforcement. It's just empty rhetoric.

Introducing a bill is the next step up from thinking about it :-)
