They should be banned from accepting any more large development applications until they have sorted out the issues with the ones already in progress.
Why has nothing been done to halt building on Redrows Warren Grove when TDC have admitted there has been a breech in the section 106 agreement regarding the provision of SANGS.
The current planning department are totally incompetent when it comes to dealing with national development companies and cannot even respond to simple enquires made to them by members of the public (Simon Thornley)
@FB - Redrow can build as many houses as they have permission to build. It is not the building of the houses that triggers the SANGS requirement but the occupation of the houses.
ie no houses should be occupied until the pro rata amount of required SANGS is in place.
Yes we know that, but they are now in breach of their agreement which gives TDC the authority to impose penalties which could included the suspension of further building. What I would like to know is why do they appear to be doing nothing. Its now over a week since they admitted to the Dawlish gutsache that they were aware of the section 106 breach. There needs to be action, including evictions. If it was Gypsies camping ilegally TDC would have been to court and imposed an order within hours.
TDC knew about the breach of the S106 condition before it was reported in the Gazette (and I
definitely know that for a fact).
I've just gotten back from Donald Trump land so when I've gotten over my jet lag and we have all gotten over the referendum I'll probably drop TDC another email to see what
they say about the enforcement.
I did wonder to myself if Redrow had suspended the selling of their houses.......
