General Discussion

Reading the two adjacent articles on page 2 of the DG today hopefully demonstrates, to anyone who didn't already realise, exactly why the old carnival is dead in the water and why the new Dawlish Celebrates Carnival is the future. 

I hope that the old carnival "commitee" finally  gets the message into their skulls that their self-serving agenda is not wanted by the individuals and businesses of our town. Hopefully they'll dissolve their company and allow the people who care more for their town than they do for their jollies around the county, to continue to provide for us the Dawlish Celebrates Carnival for many years to come.
