I see that Teignbridge have the DA2 Development Framework marked down for the Executive on the 17th May 2016! Is this enough time to sort out the problems? Could they secure funding for the link road in such a short time? Or are they to try and slip it through with minor amendments and without taking it back out to a second round of public consultation, which would ensure that it is legally sound? Everyone keep an eye out for documents linked to this and if you find anything important post a link to Gary Taylor, who is looking out for the residents of Dawlish and can investigate and inform others on the Town Council.

That link you've given takes me to a page telling me all about CIL.
Can you give a link please that shows the agenda for the May 17th TDC Exec meeting.
Thanks.
I have again copied and pasted it and it takes me to the 'Public Notice and Annual Forward Plan – March 2016', so I do not know why it took you to CIL. Tried it a few times before i copied and pasted the link, very strange, appears to be working now!
Right, so............that is a plan, as I understand it, giving dates when it is anticipated certain decisions should be made.
So....... now the anticipated decision date (17th May) for the DA2 Development Framework DA2 SPD ain't gonna be met.
And it ain't gonna be met because the TDC planning committe on Tuesday just gone decided
that it had to be deferred and looked at again because of the link road issue.
(or at least that is how I understand the situation to be).
