A PLYMOUTH MP says the collapse of the region's railway line was our "darkest moment" – but promises there is light at the end of the tunnel thanks to an "unusual outbreak of unity".
"TV images of the train line hanging over a stormy sea at Dawlish in February 2014 have galvanised the Government and local people alike."
