The following link takes you to the Teignbridge planning department and a new application for the yard at the end of Meadow Park to have change of use to a dwelling. This is in addition to the 2 dwellings that are currently under appeal that are within a few yards of this new application:-
Mr. Stone must be getting desperate. The same argument against this new planning application applies: there is not a good enough access to the site. Anything which brings more traffic in the Badlake Hill/Meadow Rise/Longlands area is not desirable. The hill and its neighbourhood have been a nightmare lately, especially with increasing number of delivery vans now that more people seem to be shopping online.
I'm surprised that there has only been 2 objections to this request for change of use to dwelling. It is a larger site than Mr Stone presenently has an appeal open on for land adjoining that has plans for 2 detached houses.
I cannot see Mr Stone settling for 'A' dwelling on this rather more substanstial plot. I would assume 1) change of use to dwelling, 2) application for 2 dwellings or more! I may be wrong!
Considering Mr Stones last application recieved more objections. It would seem he is wearing everyone down quite well.
