The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has said that a significant majority of show organisers have declined to co-operate with the new guidelines. The new regulations include stricter checks on pilots, better training for organisers and a sharp increase in CAA inspection fees. In some cases they will go from £2,695 to over £20,000.
