I desperately need your help.

Last Friday my very frail Father experienced a problem at Lloyds Pharmacy and it was only resolved due to the kindness of strangers.

Can I please ask if anyone saw my father attempting to pick up a prescription between 1730 and 1815 on Friday just gone to get in touch with me via private message.
