A message from Teignmouth and Dawlish Neighbourhood Police.

Please be careful when out and about today driving and walking. The wind is impacting on cars needing greater concentration when driving. There have been a couple of recycle boxes that have been blown across the road and black bins down on the pavement so please be aware of this. In Dawlish under the train station viaduct sea water and foam is already coming over the wall with risk of flooding. Please be safe out there and drive in a low gear at a slower speed than normal.
