Dawlish "Ragatta"? Not the most auspicious of starts, but I'm sure that it'll be a hugely welcomed alternative to the Rowlands Carnival. 

And yes, I'll be offering my services as a volunteer. Because, unlike the Rowlands Carnival, these people are actively encouraging offers of help.
