I received the following email from Cornerstone Housing.
"
I am delighted to tell you that Cornerstone Housing and Barratts are nearing completion of our first affordable rented homes at ‘The Buntings’ in Secmaton Lane, Dawlish.
There are four, large, two bed flats with superb views across the hills and towards Exmouth that we are advertising with priority going to Dawlish people. The flats have gas central heating and parking. They are on the 1st and 2nd floors over a commercial unit which we think will be a shop in the near future.
Surprisingly we didn’t have much interest our first Devon Home Choice advert and so we are re-advertising on www.devonhomechoice.com from Wed 18th to Sun 22nd February.
Can you spread the word to local couples or families (with a child aged 10 and above) on DHC who are looking for affordable rented homes with tenancies of 5 years?
The rents are only £480pcm and include all service charges.
