I have  been with Animal Friends Insurance for 8 years (German Shepherd) his eighth birthday was in June and the policy needed to be renewed in July 2014

 

Understandably the monthly premium increased from £24 per month to £31.50 which I accept plus the £99 excess then I noticed it said "35% per cost.

 

Not having seen that before I called their office to  be told I now have to pay 35% of the Vet bill as well, I cancelled immediately.

 

Most other companies are doing the same but less % than Animal Friends.

 

Just thought animal owners should be made aware.
