Dawlish Discussion

Just been told the property has been sold and is going to be a Fish and Chip shop.

Anyone Know ?

Just what Dawlish needs. Not.  Good luck to the proprietors, they'll need it I think. Now if it was a proper restaurant...

True, it couldn't be worse than Baileys. The other two in town are fine, but none are as good as Chippy Chaps down in the Warren. 

I was hoping to try some fish and chips from Chippy Chaps when i was down there from the 1st to the 15th of November but they were shut due to being on holiday! On the plus point i managed to see the sea at its best on the 11th and the 13th.

Andylufc, yes they had their one holiday of the year during those two weeks! Back open now though - sorry lol!

When i saw they were on holiday i thought its just my luck,never mind when i got back home i had some from my local chippy which is the award

wining graveleys, which if anyone is unfortunate enough to be in Leeds they are on Elland Road.They do come highly recommended.

We have tried all Dawlish chippies, the ones in the Warren plus Cofton, Ladys mile & Starcross

For us it's either Cofton or Teignmouth

I think it's unfair to name the worst
