Neighbourhood Plan for Dawlish - 26.09.14

Dawlish Town Council has decided to continue to formulate a Neighbourhood Plan in accordance with Plan Teignbridge.

Much work has been done in the past and the new Plan is to look at infrastructure and community projects on which the new Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) monies can be spent in the Parish.  This does not include land, housing or the proposed Country Park which have already been accepted by the Secretary of State in Plan Teignbridge. The Working Party which is expected to last up to 18 months, will be made up of residents, Councillors and organisations of the Parish of Dawlish and will be inclusive from Cockwood/Cofton to Holcombe.

Anyone who is interested and wishes to learn more is invited to an open meeting at the Manor House on Tuesday 7 October 2014 at 7.00pm.

Cllr Rosalind Prowse, Chairman of Dawlish Neighbourhood Planning Committee.
