Salary: circa. £25000 to £30,000 p/a

Teignmouth and Dawlish are beautiful seaside towns on the South Devon coast. An exciting opportunity has risen for a Town Centre Development Manager to lead and co-ordinate the development of the towns.
The two towns have been working together for the past 2 years through the Teignmouth and Dawlish Community Interest Company and have helped to deliver some exciting projects.
This high profile and challenging post will suit someone with a real passion for making things happen. Duties will include working with businesses and local councils to develop and deliver a variety of projects and services, managing budgets, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and making sure that successes are widely promoted and understood. A high level of interpersonal and communication, tact and diplomacy together with project management skills are required. Experience in marketing and promotional activities will be an advantage.
