We would like to rent some agriculutural land preferably in the area of Port road to Cockwood, a size from an acre to 30 acres, it's purely for farming not for horses

Mcjrpc it is yes & I have approached them asking if I can rent 30 acres or buy a small piece no reply in 10 days
Maybe they're waiting to see what interest there is in buying it as a whole before pursuing it piecemeal, but it's poor form not to reply. When I come to sell my house I won't use them. 
With EAs you never quite know what their game is. I have a colleague who simply asked an agent for a valuation, as one of three prospective agents being considered for the sale of his elderly mother's house. The property was a highly 'Des.Res.' with refurbishment potential.
Anyway, the agent turned up but complete with his 'negotiator' and a ready to sign contract!! Needless to say, the amount on offer was a significant undervaluation and the agent was duely shown the door. True story, no not me, and the agent was the most 'respectable' agents in the area, not a fly by night in any way, though makes you think otherwise!!
