He has spoken directly to the schools and we are providing direct buses from Dawlish. We have a bus coordinator at Dawlish (Mondays to Fridays) between 0700 and 0830 to co-ordinate everything and to ensure nobody is left behind. The evening journeys back from Torre are working well. We have two staff at Torre during the busy time and have a standby bus (double decker when available) there every day to reduce the loadings on the train. This bus comes into Newton Abbot and then goes directly to Teignmouth and Dawlish
So are they saying there is a bus from Dawlish to Exeter College? Would be grateful to know as we've been driving in...
My Daughter has been getting the bus to Exeter College every morning the bus leaves at 8 minutes past the hour and goes to Exeter St Davids so 8.08 9.08 etc good luck.
Okay, from National Rail site I see it's the rail replacement. We thought the 8.08 might be full or running late, so were wary of relying on it. Has your daughter had any problems with it? Thanks.
She has had no problems at all it seems to be working ok i do believe they have a college coordinator there every morning to make sure all the students get a place on the bus. The only gripe my Daughter has is the time it takes to get to Exeter and she is not keen on the bus but apart from that things seem to be ok.
