The councillor making the above promise has just been on the local TV news stating that Devon's roads need 750 million pounds of repairs. He has even invited the Prime minister to visit in person to see the state of the roads.

With this in mind how can he promise tax payers money will be found to finance another cycle path that will only be used by minority groups.

Its the same situation with TDC closing down public services and trying to sell off land and property to finance the purchase of a local family business in order to provide more paths and trails. This because they have cocked up the local plan.

When is this incompetence going to be stopped and the elected or non-elected council officials thrown out.
