I think it topical for Dawlish as we are to have lots of new development here, and isn't there a history of flooding at Shutterton Brook and the holiday camps adjacent to it?
Just wondered if any alteration(s) as to how drainage will take place on these Shutterton developments might increase the likelihood of flooding further down stream.
If anyone with technical knowhow about such matters should read this I'd be interested to know your opinion.
