Will be interesting to see how this affects Sainsbury's.

Depends on pricing I would have thought. As much as I like Waitrose I'm not sure I would do all my shopping there.
They price match Tesco's. Hopefully there'll be a cafe there for a daily free coffee for their loyalty cardholders.
Asda is still the best .. no points cards and gimmicks.
Interesting Waitrose should choose Teignmouth they must see at as an up and coming town.
Perhaps supermarkets see small towns as vultures see corpses - something to be fought over and eaten.
Its certainly good news for Teignmouth, however probably not so good for Dawlish seems we loose out every time. They get leading brand up market retailers, we get hundreds of cheap wood hut houses that nobody wants only the housing associations. Time our councillors became more pro-active instead of sitting on the fence enjoying the party.
Cant see the store would affect Dawlish ..as Waitrose prices would not suit their pocket.
I think by their adverts they may be getting more price aware.
They used to be a thought where a Waitrose is ..its a good area.
