I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bed house for a long let with a garage as close to the centre of Dawlish as possible, . Excellent references available, I work, as does my family, in the town and have done for many years. Budget £700ish.  

Please no agents.

If you run your cursor along the bottom of Verbatim's posting you should see three options come up - the middle one is 'message'.

If you click on message you should be able to send Verbatim an email via this website. 

Thanks Lynne and Brazilnut, but when I do that all I get are two options - 'Agree' or 'Report'.  I hope I'm not being dense!

You may have to go into your Account settings and tick the box what says Private Messaging, then click Save.
