Have seen children in a buggy with a smartphone in hand...if parents did not give them internet access (or have so much money to buy one lol) would be no risk.  Parents are totally to blame.  People all walking around now with a phone in hand just like a sat nav lol.  One day people may look back and think how sad was that!
