I am on holiday here at Dawlish until the 19th. What I want to know Is what is that brown algae foam like substance that appears every evening at high tide?

According to the lifeguards at the Warren, it is nothing to worry about and not what you may think it is.

It is completely safe and is just Algae, nothing else.
