Just Piermont Place to be fixed up now.

And the Brook

no hope of anything being done to the Brook in holiday season. Michael Clayson said in an earlier post in the year that there was no money or plans for Piermont Place. Maybe if cheaper materials had been used for the Strand there might have been enough.

Never say never. The squeaky wheel gets the most oil as they say. I am pressing first re-investment in the "impact" part if the town.
