There is an article on page 2 in this week's Dawlish Gazette about this.

The article says that since January of this year the CAB (Citizen Advice Bureau) workers have been inundated with enquiries at the weekly sessions held at the Manor House.

The paper reports that "rising debt is considered to be a major problem in Dawlish" and that "Debt inquiries have continued to rise accounting for 68% of inquiries in Dawlish compared to the district average of 15%".
