i dont know if anyones heard this but wetherspoons are in talks to purchase the manor buildings apparently they are going to turn it in to one of their new superpubs i think we the people of dawlish should oppose this what do you all think?

I think its a really good idea. Its only a few steps away from where I live and I believe they operate a smoking ban. As my other half smokes, I would welcome the chance to enjoy a quiet evening drink without the intrusion of tobaccos smoke. But I am worried about our councillors. Where will they go?
