If it is, can somone please give me a rough idea of price per month - just for the slowest connection rate. Which company is the service provider?

Costs from around £20.00 per month. For a fixed IP address its about £40.00. I think only BT provide a fixed IP.

currently mine costs £17.99 from wanadoo for a 1 meg connection, only has 2 gig download though
