Law change celebrated by Park Home residents

Park Home residents are celebrating the Mobile Home Act 2013 which forbids owners of Parks from being able to prevent residents selling their Mobile Homes to whoever they want at a price the two parties agree.
Unscrupulous operators have in the past intervened telling prospective buyers that the dwellings aren't fit for sale, then purchase the units themselves at knock down prices and put them back on the market.
