We have a Big Issue seller on The Strand.  

I have no problem with this,  I'm just surprised that sales would even muster up a cup of tea given the current shopping proposition there.

I have seen a Big Issue seller on The Strand, usually outside Boots for a good couple of years now.  Not every day but certainly fairly frequently, so it must be a reasonable pitch

Ah, I wasn't living here a year ago, first time I've clocked it.
